Review Time
Just had a lovely chat with Sam, everything is set for our get away. It's really nice to know what to expect and makes travel plans easier. Thanks sam and we'll be back for our next holiday 😀
From the word go, their admin was terrible. I had to ring time after time to get corrections on the paperwork. We were a party of 5 adults and five children and booked ours seats for the journeys. Fine on the way out , the holiday was good. Get to Sharm el Sheik airport for return journey and no seats booked. Airport staff were rude and didn’t want to know. We had a five year old and two autistic children and the whole family were scattered around the plane. Luckily the stewards managed to get the five year old next to her mother. On our return I complained to customer services who were absolutely useless. It’s taken 2 months to get a £35 refund half of what we were owed. They were so slapdash they couldn’t even get my name right despite spending £10,000 with them. Shame on you, never again
I'm not very good with online booking, so decided I needed help and called, Martin answered and he was so patient and made the booking for me explaining everything to me clearly and patiently THANKYOU MARTIN X FRAN AND FAMILY
I had a fantastic conversation today with a representative who reached out after a payment was declined. With a blend of professionalism and warmth, they guided me through the booking process and clarified important details about special requirements. They stayed on the line until I received all my travel documents. If all representatives are as well-trained and dedicated as this one, you can trust that you're in good hands. I highly recommend contacting the customer service team.
I arranged a family trip to a destination through a service. The flights are confirmed and visible on the airline's website, so that aspect is fine. My main issue revolves around the hotel reservation. The service provided me with a booking reference. However, when I reached out to the hotel to verify our stay, they informed me that they have no record of our booking and do not recognize the reference given. Upon bringing this to the service's attention, they explained that the reservation is made through a third-party provider and, according to their internal records, the hotel is booked. They assured me that everything is confirmed on their end, but they cannot provide a reference or confirmation that the hotel can verify at this moment. This leaves me in a precarious position, especially traveling with young children, as the hotel claims there is no booking. The uncertainty is causing significant stress. I was told that the booking might show up on the hotel’s system 24–48 hours before arrival. While this may be standard for them, it is understandably concerning when traveling abroad with a family, particularly when the hotel cannot confirm a reservation. I’m not implying any wrongdoing, but the lack of confirmation and transparency has added unnecessary stress. Had I known beforehand that I wouldn't be able to confirm the hotel booking directly, I might have thought twice about using this service. Many of us aim to make informed decisions when booking a holiday. Like me, anyone reading reviews online has likely encountered stories of travelers arriving at hotels only to find no booking was made for them. It's natural to seek reassurance before traveling. That’s all I’ve requested from the service — if the hotel is indeed booked, I should at least receive a reference number that the hotel can recognize and verify. I sincerely hope everything is in order upon arrival, but I'm sharing this experience to inform other customers about the booking confirmation process and help them make an educated choice.
