Azura is looking very smart since it's refit, we really enjoyed our cruise there's plenty of bars & evening venues & we never struggled to find a seat at night but the lunchtime buffet is always busy & sometimes you can't find a spare table.
Shame the ports of call are always the same & it's a long walk into Arrecife, Lanzarote or to get anywhere! Funchal was the only port with a shuttle bus.
Went on Iona ship is excellent
Our room 20459 was really comfortable clean and was large enough for 3 people we had a Baluchi which was nice to sit out on
I would highly recommend P&O cruise plenty to entertain food was excellent and shore experience was really good and ample time to explore
We had a fantastic two weeks on the Azura around the canaries and would definitely recommend this cruise to everyone. The staff and crew were very friendly and helpful in every way possible. The service and entertainment was amazing and we really enjoyed visiting the islands. So nice to experience the winter sun 🌞🚢👌
Just spent a amazing 2 weeks on the p&o Arvia , a beautiful ship everything was perfect , food was delicious and reception staff was so helpful

Had an amazing 2 week P&O cruise in the Caribbean. Staff, food, excursions and entertainment incredible. If the sunbed situation reserving beds (& P&O Sunbed Policy) could be instigated, I would give 5 stars.
Just returned from a 14 day cruise in the Caribbean on Arvin.the places you visit are great for winter sun.

Cons food Luke warm cheap cuts off meat staff didn’t want to be bothered.
Internet very expensive fighting over sun beads and the laundry machines.
If you don’t want the Caribbean just book Benidorm.

This is a follow up review to let people know that P&O are not responding to any of the thousands of complaints
So should you choose to cruise and want a tired dirty ship ,filthy stateroom, tatty bedding only changed once in 14 days,ripped towels carpet that smells awful,cold food,miserable crew ,air con dripping, cancelled entertainments and a Captain who is economical with the truth Book the Britannia,it ticks all those boxes you will love it .

If you like warm champagne,watered down juice and wine,tablecloths not changed between diners,random power outages,no sunbeds after 5.30 am on a sea day,frequent fights on deck,broken lifts and dnt really want to go to any of the ports you chose the itinerary for…BOOK IT…it’s right up your street!!
Finally,if you are happy to communicate sometimes weekly with the company you booked with at a premium rate because of the time of year,and only hear back once with two out of 21 points addressed in an email full of typos and that turns out to have been generic

P&O cruise to nowhere for your next holiday

P&O positively excelled at providing the worst holiday experience we have ever had
Caribbean cruise B530 was a disaster with a failing ship in Brittania , air con leaking all over the ship then the ship broke down so missed Aruba St Lucia and Antigua, with the communication terrible from the captain , all the staff were terrible in relaying info and for appeasing distressed customers. The captain was very awkward in every address but this company just wanted our money and to give us nothing in the way of compensation. We lost two trips in St Lucia thx to there ship breaking but they were not bothered one iota, disgrace.
Terrible experience on new year cruise on Britania - appreciate sometimes things go wrong but their customer service , after care a blatant lies have been shocking ! Would not recommend anyone cruising with this company
Was on the Britannia 2026 new year cruise, I have reviewed here not long ago, but just updating about mine and a lot of others complaints, the cruise was a disaster, 20 odd cruises we have done, not kidding think hard before you book, if things go wrong P&o will not admit it, although they have offered 25% future cruise credit they refuse to admit they got a lot wrong, still waiting for answers to our complaint.
