It gave me results for a one time search. How ever it kept charging me LITERALLY twice a month. Tbh I have bad adhd and have a busy life and was making good money I just ignored it but now I am unemployed and this is taking a big chunk out of my money. The website is confusing as well. Super frustrated at this website the company knows EXACTLY what they are doing.
Terrible. I know for a fact this person was on a site at a certain location. They didnt find a match. Almost $23 after tax for a useless subscription. Then when you message support they give you some propaganda that just cause I didn't fi d anything doesn't mean it didn't work. But that is exactly what it means. No offer for a refund for a useless service. I should have looked on here 1st.
This site is absolutely rubbish, my tinder account was banned years ago and got locked out, never been on it since. My partner searched photos of me on this website and showed her photos of me, after searching my phone number and email, it showed her I was recently active, recently changed photos and recently found in a near by suburb. You have now just destroyed a family over your false information, please explain yourself why your website has made money out of misleading information that is not correct. I want a full investigation on these photos, emails and phone number you search asap and would like a manager to contact me asap
I was trying to find out if my partner was unfaithful, but the results indicated women instead of men. I’ve heard from others that he’s on a dating platform, and I needed solid evidence. Why did the results show women? Please either refund me or provide a credit to my account for a proper search rerun. If not, I will consider a chargeback.

Website is so much of a disaster, you'd think it was intentional. Forgot password? Literally doesn't work. Only shows an white overlay and thus the user has no way to directly reset their account without going through support. Support won't acknowledge their website is fundamentally broken. It'll also return the same message and behavior no matter what email address is put in raising the flag that it's one of many ways this website tries to prevent you from accessing what you paid for no matter who little of value it actually is. It all feels like it was done to prey on people via a subscription model and delay, obfuscate and hope they can eek out another round. Pretty clearly on par with the vibe coded disaster the html inspector shows. Speaking of support, they'll lie and gaslight you until you think you've gone insane. Still have the messages, cheaterbuster. When they aren't completely inventing things that didn't exist, they barely respond. You'd think they'd be be able to follow up within a few minutes after a message but NOPE. You'd think a company built around AI would at least integrate a chat bot that would actually be responsive instead of a support that isn't actually available 24/7. It's as if words from this company has no meaning! Why am I so instant on getting actual access from the website? Well the website double charges you. Not just in the sense of a scuzzy subscription but literal two identical charges seconds apart every month that would give Bernie Madoff a twinkle in his eye, which is brilliant because cheaterbuster can eventually cancel one with enough flustered emails only to keep it the cycle going. Once you give this website your card information the charges won't stop until you lock your card down. And before cheaterbuster calls this out as fake (let's see if they have the gumption to call out a VERIFIED account as a fake review), I've got recordings of my experience and I'd happily share to a court. So please, I beg of you. It's not worth it. Edit: don't believe the fake news of their reply. Their support is extremely two-faced. The know exactly of the issue presented. Them playing dumb right now is par for the course.
