I never received my order, when I emailed the customer service support, the first reply was so unprofessional, they said that they were on vacation and that I needed to wait and try not to send more emails as they get confused????What an outrageous service and yet my order never gets delivered. I want a refund as this is not acceptable after two months waiting. Don’t order from here or you will lose your money.
Es una compañía pésima de e-commerce. Pedí 6 sujetadores talla L y me envían 6 de talla 5XL!! Pagué por ellos unos 45 €. Cuando me pongo en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente, me dicen que no puedo devolverlos y que sólo me ofrecen 10 USD de compensación. NO COMPREIS NADA EN ESTA COMPAÑIA. NO SON NADA SERIOS.--------I ordered 6 bra size L, worth 45 €, and they sent in size 5XL!!. Contacting customer support team, I can't send back the products to get the right size, they don't refund me. I keep the product and get a refund of only 10USD.THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY. DO NOT BIUY TO THEM.
I bought 2 small powders for may head roots mid July and the package hasn't arroved.. it is still blocked in Spain and their answer is.. we can't do anything about it, we can send another product but you must pay again and also transport fees and if not, we will not refund you. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. You pay and they don't deliver, maybe the parcel is still in USA .. and has never been shipped. My first time buying a product on-line, and will be my last time. FRAUD! CAUTION!
