I spent over 1600 at the Checkers in Nicolway store and when I requested change for R 100 I was told by a very unhelpful supervisor that she doesn't have change . Of course they have change ! Ironically the change is for the checker trolley helpers.
Won't shop there again.

Unpleasant interaction with management

I had a very disappointing encounter with the store manager today. She was unfriendly and unwilling to assist me. I needed help with an online price, and she simply shrugged and said she couldn't help. This kind of attitude is not appropriate for someone in a managerial role. Extremely unprofessional.

Sixty60 sells unacceptable items

I purchased two boxes of glasses as gifts from a local service. Both boxes were opened and damaged, clearly not fit for sale. Now, I'm being told I can't get a credit, and I must return the items in person. This so-called delivery service is quite disappointing and feels like a way to offload unsellable products.

I had an awful experience with the store manager today. She was unfriendly and unwilling to assist. When I asked for help with an online price, she shrugged and said she couldn't help. Someone with this attitude shouldn't be in a managerial position. Very unprofessional.

Constant disturbances in the neighborhood

A new branch has opened in a once peaceful residential area, and we face ongoing issues with noisy staff, delivery trucks, and vehicles. They open at 7:00 AM, meaning staff arrive as early as 4:45 AM. We've contacted customer service and branch managers repeatedly, but it feels like we're being pushed out of our own homes due to the noise.
