I recently ordered loafers and I really like them. They feel sturdy, are comfortable to walk in straight away without any “breaking in” period, and look exactly the same in real life as they do on the website. Delivery was quick and everything was neatly packaged. I would definitely order from here again.
AVOID. Only got this as a spare as partner had his nice coat stolen . After waiting 3 weeks came wring size as ther don’t tell you they are Chinese sixes I brought a 4 XL & it fitted like a XL on him . Sending back to much grief as they know and will

This company is awful! No contact number available, and I’ve been waiting 20 days for the item I ordered. I feel scammed as they took my money a month ago. I’m planning to report them to the licensing authority in the UK to shut down this scam! They claim my order was delivered, but I never received anything! Now I have to fight to get my money back! Look at all the negative reviews here!
This has been the worst online shopping experience I've encountered! I ordered two necklaces, and both were incorrect! After a month of emails, the seller only acknowledged one mistake. I struggled to get my money back, but the seller just wanted to negotiate—offering 20% off to keep one necklace, then 30% for the same. Eventually, I got most of my money back, but after a month of haggling! The necklaces look cheap and flimsy, and the stones are hardly visible! My experience has made me doubt the authenticity of their reviews. Don’t be misled by their appealing website, and consider shopping elsewhere! I later found the same necklaces on a much cheaper site.
I ordered a waterproof jacket in Medium, and while it’s well made, it’s a bit tight under the arms. I emailed them and received a prompt response, allowing me to exchange it for a large at no extra cost. The large fits much better and the quality is excellent.
This is the worst piece of clothing I've ever ordered online. The dress looks nothing like the advertised picture. The fabric feels cheap, the fit is wrong, and the cut is too low for formal wear. It’s poorly made and shabby, especially for the price of £43, even after discounts. I would never shop from this company again and regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as they make returns very difficult.
