I received some tablets that had an extremely poor expiry date and was ensured most products should have twelve months expiry. I was sent out a replacement and I had the same issue - expiry in four months time sent out from the same batch number. I've tried getting in touch but no one is getting back to me. As a valued customer who has bought many times I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received.

Thank you for sending my items within 2 days and the delivery occurred in the afternoon as well, as I requested from Eve when we spoke and I placed my order. Also the packaging was clear as I asked the Post man where the delivery was from before receiving it and he quickly said Oxford Vitality. Thanks again to all involved.
well the delivery, packing, etc was top notch as usual. Product great, that is why I keep re-ordering. I also received twice the amount I ordered, and contacted Customer Service immediately asking if I should send half back, but no response. So I guess doubleplusgood value too!
