Nova IV Mid LTH Women Concerns

I ordered the Nova IV Mid LTH Women boots for £170. Initially, they were waterproof, but after a couple of months, they lost that feature. Customer service claims they’re not waterproof. Spending that much on walking boots and finding them not waterproof is unacceptable.
