Fantastic Irish store

Terrible customer service experience

I visited the store to confirm shoe sizes with the intention of purchasing soon. After trying on sizes 10 and 11, I thanked the sales representative and was about to leave when he accused me of trying on shoes just to buy them elsewhere. Despite my explanation, he continued to accuse me of wasting his time. Overall, a dreadful customer service experience, and I will not be ordering from here!

Exceptional service and attention to detail

I ordered shoe polish on September 12th, expecting delivery in 4-5 days. I was amazed to receive it the very next day. The packaging showed great attention to detail. I ordered a hard-to-find polish and was delighted to find a cute lollipop shaped like a foot included—it truly brightened my day. Keep up the great work; it’s noticed and appreciated!

Amazing service from a great company

I had been searching for these sandals for a long time and found them on this website at a reduced price.
