I placed two separate orders on October 17th for two dresses, and as of December 7th, I still have not received them. When I reached out to the support team, they advised me to be patient. I had ordered another outfit on October 18th and received it weeks ago. How much longer should I wait?
I ordered a brown dress at the end of September, and now it's mid-November! Each time I inquire, I'm told to wait another 20 days due to backorder. It's been nearly 2 months. Am I expected to wait three months for a dress that may not even exist? I've requested a refund, but they keep pushing for an exchange. I want the dress I ordered, so I will be reaching out to my credit card company for a refund. Please be cautious with this platform; there are many misleading reviews.
My order has not arrived since ordering on 9/26, and it's now 10/25. When customer service finally responded in English, they provided a tracking number and a website that doesn't exist. It's unfortunate that I trusted this platform, especially with so many questionable reviews.
