The customer service is excellent. They were very helpful when I wanted to return an item. The setup instructions were clear, both written and via video. I'm very happy with the camera, which has already helped in reporting dangerous driving incidents while cycling. I give it five stars for providing solid evidence!
I bought a camera last year that turned out to be perfect for cycling, with great resolution. After a fault developed post-warranty, I contacted the company, and to my surprise, they replaced the entire unit without hesitation. Incredible service that I would highly recommend to any cyclist. They also resolved an issue during the warranty period swiftly and without fuss.
Bought the helmet light, excellent quality with great coverage and battery life. Used it twice so far for mountain biking in complete darkness, it was excellent and worked better than my bar lights.Brilliant customer service as well, very quick response to messages and very helpful. My 1st Chilli cam, the front/rear cam was bought as a gift. As a horse rider hacking on v busy roads this is a great piece of kit easy to use, view and down load with the app. Very clear stills enabling you to see car reg plates if required. The 3 min split recording is perfect and speeds up downloading hugely.I had a couple of questions that were answered quickly via FB chat, super informative and helpful customer service.Thank you 😊
This is my second ChilliTech camera & it hasn’t disappointed! I’ve upgraded to the 4K unit & now use the original 1080 camera as a rear facing helmet camera. The 4K is a significant step up & the image stabilisation is a game changer. If you’re like me & just want a camera to capture incidents (rather than cinematic quality for creating content) you really can’t do any better than one of these.
I’ve had about half a dozen cameras from Chilli Tech - I have a couple for my bikes - both front and rear facing and my wife uses a couple with her horse. I’ve also bought some as gifts. They’re amazing little cameras and footage from one was used to secure a conviction for a ‘close pass’ on my bike on one occasion. Customer service from Paul and the team has always been first class and I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for great value equipment.
Just got to share my findings of the Chilli Tech Rear Facing Camera. I'm just a social cyclist but wanted the extra security of have a camera recording rides for Road safety reasons. The divice was simple to set up and activate straight from the packaging. ( use the YouTube link to format the Micro SD CARD) again very simple.Battery life is brilliant and the easy to use App makes playback and screenshot saving simple. To be honest, reviewing and saving favourite rides is also a great option.Cost, installation, battery/charge life and playback 10-10 just brilliant
2400lm bike light with free helmet lightOrdered this light with a increased battery pack and it’s absolutely brilliant, lights the roads and woods up better than cars do almost, brilliant for riding road or MTB at night without ever having to worry about turning it down due to battery charge. It’s brought a whole new experience to riding in the dark. Unfortunately 1 of the 3 LEDs failed on the light after about 6-8 months maybe and I messaged them on Facebook, they sent me out a free post label and within a week a replacement was at my door. Can’t fault them at all! For the cost I think it’s the best light set you can’t get
