I created a custom neon sign and was delighted to receive it before New Year, which was a wonderful surprise. Delivery during the busy holiday season can be challenging, but it arrived on time. They also included a '2026' neon sign as a gift, which was such a thoughtful touch.

They failed to deliver on time and did not communicate the issue until we reached out. This caused unnecessary costs for our business. Their refusal to take responsibility and continued production after cancellation was unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience was one of the worst I've encountered, and I urge others to avoid this service.

After numerous delays and false promises, they canceled the order the day before my event with no solution. This was incredibly stressful and misleading.
