Very frustrating experience, I ordered a monitor on January 7th, and was informed it would arrive between the 13th and 16th. However, on the 9th, the status updated to "Awaiting stock arrival." Now, on the 24th, the estimated delivery has shifted to the 16th-22nd, but the status remains unchanged. I urge you to reach out or take action regarding this, as I am very upset.

Product listed as immediately available turned out to be unavailable after ordering and is not being shipped. No replies to emails or immediate contact on the website. Just another online store to avoid. It's interesting they can respond here but not to my emails! I have screenshots proving the product was available for immediate shipping. Adding "they are dishonest" to my list of disappointments.
Initially, I was concerned the prices might be too good to be true. I'm so glad I decided to purchase from them. They are very professional, and my order arrived as promised. I opted for in-store pickup, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend.
