Their customer service is genuinely exceptional. Although returns are tricky, the support team has been very helpful when I was searching for a specific piece or when I accidentally made an error with my order. Their shipping options are excellent, with rates as low as $4 (7-9 days) for Canada and free shipping over $35 CAD. I'm thrilled to have them available for us in Canada!
