The Pharmacy Benefit Manager tried to charge me $30 for a $4 prescription. She did that to me many times which is why I stopped going to Wegman's Pharmacy in Montvale. PBM's (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) CANCEL out your Prescription Insurance. It's not legal for PBM's to do that and they are not allowed to do it but they do it anyway. Wegman's in Montvale knows but they let her do it. The Wegman's corporation looks the other way. They do not care about it.

Done with Wegmans

Wegmans is the only store around and I can't get to it due to no car (retired & sold it). I use the shoppers. These shoppers are uneducated and can't follow directions. Wegmans itself doesn't keep stock on the shelves. In the app it shows available, then I am constantly getting a text saying replaced or refunded. The shoppers don't know the difference between American iceberg salad and coleslaw. One shopper refused to refund the iceberg salad I wanted and delivered Mexican corn salad with cole slaw. When they deliver your groceries, half the time they deliver the wrong bags because they have shopped for 3 or more people simultaneously. I have to call customer service every single time. On the day before Christmas eve, the shopper Frederick didn't deliver my Christmas eve dinner of choice steaks. These were $80. But according to the app he had delivered. I was so upset, I cried. Instacart is the ones who hire these disgusting shoppers. Wegmans refuses any responsibility except thankfully they will refund your money. I am just done with Wegmans and Instacart shoppers.

My Favorite Grocery Store: Wegmans

I LOVE wegmans for many reasons! We go to the one in Cherry hill, NJ. I don’t understand why others do not give good ratings!! I live in south Jersey where we only have acmes, ShopRites n smaller stores for groceries. We travel an hour to go to wegmans in Cherry hill and off of route 1 in PA on our way to Longwood Gardens ( also an hour drive). Their prices are like that of ShopRite ). The Wegmans produce is fresher n last longer! Fish if fresh and meats are good along with everything we purchase there! When I serve food people always ask where did you get this produce, baked good, breads, cheeses and etc and before I even say, their comment is “you got this at wegmans, right?” I love shopping there BUT we have none close to us😔. Everyone in south jersey wishes we had a wegman and so do we, especially not having to drive so far to a good grocery store 🥰. Think about bring a store close to Mullica Hill NJ🥰♥️♥️Oh by the way the flowers are the best , they always seem to last long in any arrangement I make or any arrangement I purchase♥️

Nothing Specs

Depends on which Wegmans you go to. Certain zip codes will have better stock and produce.I have watched Mountain Valley water (case) go up in increments of $2.00 since last year. We are now at $31.99I just purchased a case last week at $29.99. I started buying at $23.99. And just consistently watch the price go up $2.00 from one week to the next.

Unacceptable delivery experience and…

Unacceptable delivery experience and zero accountabilityThis was my first and last time ordering through Wegmans.com.I placed an order with a promised delivery window of 2:30–4:30 PM. After the window passed, I received a text pushing delivery to 8:30 PM — a four-hour delay with no warning.Customer service was a mess:Chat disconnected multiple timesI had to restart conversations repeatedlyPhone support routed me around and then disconnectedI was eventually told the issue was with Instacart — something that was never clearly disclosed during checkoutTo make things worse, I then received a text directly from Instacart saying “your shopper had an issue” and that they were reassigning the order yet again. At that point, there was zero confidence the delivery would happen at all.I scheduled this delivery intentionally and planned my evening around it. A delay of this magnitude is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that positions itself as premium. If Wegmans is going to outsource delivery, they still need to own the customer experience. Right now, there’s no accountability, no proactive communication, and no meaningful support when things go wrong.Extremely disappointing.

Colleen Saves Christmas!

Colleen Saves Christmas! We always enjoy Wegman’s cocktail crab claws as one of our 7 fishes on Christmas Eve. It is a family tradition for us. This year, the local store was out of the claws and wasn’t getting any more. I took a shot in the dark and emailed Colleen Wegman for help. Once she learned our situation, she turned us over to Mike DeCory, an executive in the meat and seafood departments. Mike was our super hero! He found us enough to include the claws in our annual feast. I can’t say enough how much my family appreciated all this help. It wasn’t just about the delicious crab. It was also about family and togetherness. Thank you Colleen and Mike for making our Christmas Eve Vigilia even more special.

Most products at Wegmans in Hunt…

Most products at Wegmans in Hunt Valley, MD sell numerous items that are in plastic containers or wrap. Yet they require you put all your shopping products in bulky paper shopping bags. These bags are difficult to handle and are cumbersome, especially for elderly customers. The bags they provide suck and creates a trash problem,

Want to know why Wegmans has gone from…

Want to know why Wegmans has gone from the most admired supermarket in the USA to not even on the top ten list? Well, they simply don't accommodate their shoppers anymore with requests. I have been buying the same item for years and now they tell me they won't do it anymore because I send my Instacart shopper there instead of myself. At 80 years old, I can't just drive 15 miles to the store. The new CEO has no idea how to run a upperclass store. Of course, she didn't built it--her parents did. As usual. The kids will always tear down what the grandparents and parents built.

Brockport Wegmans used to be a great…

Brockport Wegmans used to be a great store. I said Used to Be. The quality of their onions 🌰 has declined. - Last time I was there, the staff in the deli section were miserable and it showed. I made my deli purchase and left. - I would help out the guys by bringing grocery carts left in the parking lot. - I would report a broken bottle on the floor, while other customers walked by it. - Their eggs are always broken, I check their eggs and bring the broken ones in the carton to customer service, when I am purchasing my eggs. - This Incident was poorly handled - I was in line waiting to be checked out. The person ahead of me was using the only grocery divider in the aisle I was in. I went across to an unused aisle next to me, and took a grocery divider and put it in front of me. - Suddenly, this old man dressed all in black, pointy nose, glasses, thinning gray hair slicked back, swooped in front of me, grabbed the grocery divider that was in front of me, and put it back. - I caught a Wegmans name tag on him. He never spoke to me. He could have said 'M'am, we need to have the grocery divider remain in its location.' I was incredulous. - Then this man dressed all in black with the glasses, Goes Down A Few Aisles, Takes a grocery store divider from an EMPTY Aisle and offers it to me. - What is the Difference?! - I said 'No, I have the customer ahead of me grocery divider now.' When I got up to the cashier and asked are Wegmans now policing the grocery store dividers, she became upset and was saying 'I don't want any drama!'I was NOT yelling. I was NOT using profanity. - I cashed out and as I was walking away, a female employee leaps into the empty aisle and Raises Her Voice at me, Shouting at me, saying 'The grocery dividers get lost, ect. - I kept on walking and stopped at customer service. - I told the woman what happened. Out of the corner of my eye, the gray haired man materialized but decided to not engage with me.- The woman behind the customer service counter just stood there with her mouth open. - I lifted my groceries out of the cart and left. - Never to Return.- Unfortunately, I have to use their pharmacy. - But, I Refuse to Shop at Brockport Wegmans ever again. - I can go to Walmart, Spencerport Tops, or Other Wegmans.- This episode was Beyond the Pale. - I felt as if I was Targeted. - Very Poorly Handled. - Date of episode- December 9th, 2025
