Review Time
I have been paying chronopost for 16, months now to deliver, all they do is have excuses to pay more. $42000, is what they say owes me, and they don't want to give it to me. After all that time they decided not to deliver the money. I was frustrated, discourage, disappointed, mad, they have stolen money from me at the beginning, made me pay for taxes, the border manytimes a certificate, the driver accident, I know i have paid on time to deliver, they blame me everytime. They keep lying, we'll now there going to keep the money they say and cash the check. Just like scammers, thieves, there crookes.
I would like to spread the word how bad they are. I would like to find a good lawyer, I live in Canada, and Chropost is in the USA.
PS: Don't use chronopost for delivery.
Absolutely terrible company to ship with. Would NOT recommend. They lost my luggage and failed to confirm this until a month later. They were not easy to communicate with at all. And had to fight for them to refund me. I shipped a suitcase with allot of nice clothes and they only would reimburse me if I had receipts of those items which I’ve had for over 10 years. Absolutely ridiculous.
In the end I found a few receipts after allot of searching and only managed to get 200 euros in return. And this whole process took about 5 months to get the money. Terrible company.
They inexplicably left my parcel at a pickup location 4 km from my home, and when I reached out for help, the response was unhelpful. They ended the chat abruptly before I could respond. Very disappointing service and customer support.
I can't believe how ineffective the service has been. I chose the option to pick up my parcel from the local depot, and although I received an email saying it was ready, the staff at the depot informed me it wasn't available. To make matters worse, they delivered it to my home instead, ignoring my request. This has happened before, and last year they even lost a package. Terrible experience!
We've encountered issues with every single delivery. While other services manage to deliver successfully, this service has been problematic. The driver knows our location but seems unwilling to deliver properly. Despite following instructions and waiting for the parcel, the driver leaves messages to avoid delivering, which is incredibly frustrating. I'm very disappointed and would recommend avoiding this service.
The service in Italy has been unreliable, with parcels frequently getting lost or mishandled before they even reach the French transporter. Despite it being their responsibility, they refuse to assist and redirect you to the local service, which is difficult to communicate with due to language barriers.
