In 2022 this company carried out a flat roof insulation including fibre glass on our dormer. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service. Since the installation we have experienced persistent issues. I have raised these concerns on several occasions and they have consistently acknowledged the problems but have failed to resolve them. The most significant issue is a persistent leak. Despite their repeated visits, they have never been able to fully fix the problem. The fibre glass installation should not be leaking.

Paid these cowboys to repair a flat roof , it started leaking a week after they left , then when I called them they tried to charge me again to fix it , it the end they bodged it up but started leaking a week later again complete rip off cowboys, in the end I had to pay someone else to re-do the whole job!!!!! And they couldn't believe how bad a job churchill had done 🤬
I employed Churchill to fix a leak in my garage roof (Jan 2022). Incurred considerable expense £1200, for the worst, shoddy, unprofessional, appalling, lack of workmanship I've ever experienced! Remained a leaking roof, in spite of spending a premium amount of cash.Since employing a real professional outfit, I've since discovered the pathetic attempt by this company to repair the roof is even worse than I'd anticipated..Basically COWBOYS! DO NOT USE.A truly shocking, blatant rip off job.Emailed and called several times to no avail, no one prepared to accept responsibility..
Cleaned my drive without giving me an estimate. Invoice says Clean and seal drive resin seal stops all moss and green coming backwork carries 7 year guarantee all work finished to high standard. Done on 27 March 2023. Today 23 May 2023 grass already growing through it . When I asked them to do it again they said it would cost the same price £1500
I do not at all recommend this company. They did not observe health and safety when working at height. They undertook a job, then told me i had to pay for two jobs. I shall have to get someone else to repair the damage they did to my gutters. They continue to badger my elderly neighbour to agree to them going on his roof, despite him telling them he is not interested.
The company send the salesman come to your house, he said trust him for 25 years experiences to sort out the window leaking problem. Definitely he is a top salesman who know how to persuade you to pay for their service. Need to pay half of total amount of the job. Afterward their staffs came to repair but they seem no idea how to fix it. The salesman then told he needed to leave and his colleagues will stay here to sort out the problem. Before he left he asked you the address and he put it on his mobile phone. Now i know he won't answer your call anymore as it shows that your address on his mobile and he knew you were his client.Still the window leaking problem not sort, call their company number and the lady reception said she will put your job on their list and no way to know how long they turn up. Up till now two weeks not turn up.Avoid this company.
