You get what you pay for. We rented a vehicle for 2.5 weeks and were quite satisfied with the value. It cost us around 3.5k, including the full coverage insurance. The vehicles are older, which means they lack some conveniences newer models offer (like built-in navigation, parking assistance, cruise control, etc.), but for the price, that's acceptable. Just remember to bring a phone charger adapter and a holder. The radio connected to our phone, allowing us to listen to music and use navigation. The van's interior was decent but lacked some details—some curtains were too short, and the cushions would slide off the benches while driving. These were small issues that could have been easily fixed. The van was somewhat clean, but not as much as we would have liked. We noticed the windshield wipers were worn out, but the company replaced them happily when we asked. The key's battery was dead, requiring us to lock manually, which was a hassle. The gas bottle was almost empty at pickup, and they offered a refund when we replaced it. Overall, customer service was friendly and helpful. The check-in process was a bit frustrating due to a crashing self-service system, leading us to wait longer than expected.

The company was unhelpful, offering no replacement or assistance, just suggesting bug spray. I had to return the van early due to the unbearable situation of waking up with bites daily, requiring antihistamines for relief. They have a clause stating they aren't liable for bugs, which is unfortunate, as the next person may face the same problem. The representative claimed they had never encountered this before, but a quick search reveals that it's a common issue. No refunds were offered for this situation. If you're renting for a short period, it might not be a big deal, but for longer rentals, consider multiple rentals to avoid this issue. The van functioned well, but was not designed thoughtfully; the back seats made it uncomfortable to sit without hunching over. The stove required matches, and the sink leaked. They seem indifferent to fixing these issues.
When we picked up the campervan, the explanation was very brief. The video was helpful, but dealing with multiple keys was confusing. We were told to expect an older model, which was fine, but we didn’t expect leaks from the roof windows during rain. The storage wasn’t waterproof, so we had to buy plastic bags for our luggage. We couldn’t unlock the cabin door with the key; someone had to enter through the passenger side and unlock it from the inside. The duvet covers were small for the duvets—not terrible but inconvenient. The campervan experience was okay, but I believe the vehicle has seen better days.
We had good communication with the company when booking. However, we were not informed that it had been sold. They tried to offer us a different model than the one we booked, but after insisting on a newer vehicle, we received it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cleaned well, and rain leaked into the van. The interior light stopped working after two days. I would rate the van two stars; overall, communication was three stars, and we wouldn't recommend renting from this company.
The pickup and drop-off process was very quick, with friendly staff and no waiting time. We requested an additional blanket and received it without issue. The kitchen equipment and bed met our expectations. A pleasant surprise was finding a tea towel in the linen package. We contacted roadside assistance due to an engine light issue, and they responded quickly, connecting us with an expert who provided guidance and cleared us to continue our journey.
I loved the little campervan! It was easy to drive on winding roads, although it lacked a bit of power uphill. The interior was simple but contained everything I needed. It might be worth checking the kitchen utensils beforehand, as I only had one wine glass, which was fine since I was traveling alone. The quick pickup and drop-off process was much appreciated. I would definitely consider this service for future travels!
I rented a vehicle expecting a 2019 model but received one from 2007. The vehicle was 12 years older than anticipated. The model is not comfortable for tall individuals; at 192cm, I wish I had known this beforehand. My trip through the area resulted in significant back and neck pain.
