Predatory company. I used the last money I had for a wash, instead of buying food this week. I am a broke student who, weekly has about £25 to live from. Clothes came out the dryer after 2 FULL cycles still wet. They absolutely stink. For a basic wash+dry cycle at my Univesity for a small load you're looking at £5.50 MINIMUM!!! Bear in mind your clothes will not come out the dryer dry. Student Accom bans the use of clothes dryers in our dorms. I'm sure circuit had their hands in that.
The person helping me, Ariz, was really helpful and polite at all times despite how stressful and inconveniencing the ordeal was. It was resolved within 10 minutes which was very swift, and all thanks to him!

It took several days before I was finally able to reach someone. When I did, I was informed that a refund couldn't be issued due to their 48-hour reporting policy, despite my multiple attempts to get help within that timeframe. This experience was extremely frustrating and the support was slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend this service and suggest choosing any other laundry option.
