I was told to come in for a diagnostic test but wasn't informed there would be a fee. Just as I was about to leave, I received a bill of £80 for a 5-minute test. I’m disappointed. Please inform customers of costs upfront. Had I known, I wouldn’t have driven all the way to you.

All of our MOT Tests are completed here in our workshop, which allows us to complete any corrections that are needed straight away and get your vehicle passed and on your way. We provide a free mot retest, if the repairs are carried out within ten days, even if the repair/work is completed elsewhere. See more
