I have had good experiences with this service in the past. Unfortunately, this time they processed my payment of 200€ in advance and then canceled my group's booking less than 24 hours before our arrival. Despite reaching out via both email addresses and the chat feature, I received no helpful response. Since no service was provided, I expect a refund, but I am very uncertain that will happen. I won’t be using this service again!
This is a fraudulent service! They canceled my 3 am transfer at the last minute. Luckily, I was awake and managed to book an Uber instead. What if I had gone to sleep thinking my transfer was arranged? I'm wondering if I will get my money back since I paid online. They aren’t responding to my emails. UPDATE: I received an email claiming I canceled my transfer, which is not true. After a lengthy email exchange, they insist I canceled, yet they refuse to provide proof. They will not refund me! Avoid this service!

This service is truly disgraceful. I booked a taxi online and paid 85.50€ in advance, but they canceled without refunding me despite numerous emails requesting it. Surely they could keep track of cancellations instead of taking advantage of customers?
I booked a taxi to the airport but found no driver waiting for us. I called the service number twice, but they were unhelpful despite having all the details. I lost 118€, and I doubt I will ever get it back. Thankfully, we found a new taxi service nearby.
Do not use this service, and if you do, don’t pay in advance. I booked a trip from the airport and paid in advance. They canceled my first booking with less than 24 hours' notice, and when I canceled the return trip more than 24 hours in advance, I received no refund or notification of a refund.
If I could rate zero stars, I would! They canceled our transfer just two hours before pickup due to vague terms that had nothing to do with our booking. After assuring a refund in 2-3 business days, it seems they never intended to return our money. Their automated responses are frustrating, and after nearly three weeks, we still haven’t received a refund and they’ve stopped replying. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE! A regular taxi would have cost €55, so don’t fall for this scam.
