The reason given was one trade that closed at Stop Loss at Breakeven and another at –0.46% during news on November 5th. From my viewpoint, both trades adhered to the company’s risk parameters—no daily loss exceeded, no excessive risk, and no overdrawdown. The only concern raised was the precise timing of the executions. I believe a more balanced approach, similar to what other firms implement (removing profit or loss generated specifically within restricted minutes rather than nullifying the entire outcome), would provide a fairer experience for traders. I share this to reflect my personal journey, hoping it assists other traders in understanding the operational flow. I also hope the service can enhance these processes, as more transparent and efficient handling could significantly improve the overall user experience.
