Honestly the best experience here! I have been researching and speaking to my patient coordinator Melissa for over a year now and decided to fly out to turkey from London and do all my treatments in Turkey and I chose this clinic and I’m so glad I did as I have had really bad experiences with UK dentists. I’m so glad I came! My patient coordinator Melissa has been amazing and so welcoming and she is such a kind hearted soul. She made me feel so welcome and at home when I was here alone. She helped me throughout being there and sorted anything out for me. I had a fibre post done with Dr Emrah he is very welcoming and friendly and was very confident at what he does and good with my fibre post I had no pain what so ever and it was successful. I also had an implant done with Dr Sinan and everything went very well with this too. Again I had no pain at all and dr Sinan is really good with implants! I also had my silver filling changed to a white filling with Dr Asli and she also done teeth whitening for Me and a temp crown for my implant. She is also really good and my teeth look super white I love it!
I can’t thank this clinic enough for everything and Melissa who is the most amazing coordinator. Excited to come back in 3 months for my permanent implant crown once it heals :) I definitely recommend this clinic! You feel safe and at ease with them.

They are very honest people the coordinator Ayda Dr Berkay very Knowledgeable Dr Nerva very honest and Dr Deana very sweet each and every doctor will give you his honest recommendations and will not upsell you actually the opposite if you don’t need they will tell you.
Just returned from Istanbul from my second visit after having implants Crowns and root canal treatment from start to finish the process has been incredible and so simple from my first enquiry Ayda who coordinates was understanding and explained the whole process and provided me with a initial estimate for the cost of the work no pressure sales tactics just precise and clear I had all ready had quotations from dentists in the UK for work required the clinic is located close to hotels in Taksim/Sisli and is located 5 mins walk from the metro when I arrived i met Dr Sakin who carried out initial scans and confirmed what treatment was required which was less than I had been advised in the UK due to being able to repair two teeth rather than having replacement implants and no sinus lifts or bone grafts as I had been advised in the UK he also found an infection i had that had not been picked up by my private dentist in the UK !! extraction were carried out initially and the restorative work carried out with the minimum pain i was looked after through out the process by his assistant ibru who was fantastic I then returned three month later to have my implants completed once i had healed again Ayda coordinated all of this easily prior I was given recommendations on the different types of implants and this was completed in one day with no pain i then had my crown treatment started by Dr Betul who was also incredible she explained the process thoroughly completed the inital treatment with moulds and fitted temporary crowns and the finished crowns were made and completed 2 days later with the minimum of fuss I have spent a lot of time and effort in the UK and i can honestly say the quality level of care cleanliness of the facility and cutting edge technology far exceeds anything i have experienced in the UK and this includes private who carry out work for the stars I am looking forward to returning in June to complete my treatment and bringing my Father to start his treatment anyone who is thinking about having dental work carried out in Turkey and is worried about choosing the right Clinic I would suggest contact Ayda and start with Citydent first you will not be disappointed thank you Ayda Dr Sakin Dr Betul and Ibru for your fantastic service
Im orginally from of Afghan family but Ive been living New York for years. I happened to be in Istanbul and decided to take care of a few dental things I had postponed.Dr Emrah handled my treatment and communication in English was very easy.I had a cleaning and a couple of small treatments done over two visits. The whole process felt relaxed and well organised.
I travelled from Ireland to Citydent and had an excellent experience over two days (25.03.2026 and 26.03.2026). My root canal, permanent filling, and professional teeth cleaning were all completed smoothly and successfully. Everything was perfectly organised by Melissa, and Dr Boran along with his assistant Dolunay were outstanding. The clinic is clean, safe, and has very friendly staff, plus it’s conveniently located near hotels in Sisli. It’s significantly cheaper than Ireland—an incredible value—and I would highly recommend it and happily return again. Thank you Dr.Boran, Dolunay and Melissa!
