Fraudulent service, avoid booking appointments

You are engaging in fraudulent practices. My appointment ID was supposed to connect me with a doctor, but instead, I was redirected to an employee. I have escalated this issue multiple times, yet I have not received any response or solution.

Order not delivered and no support

I placed an order on a website on 14 January 2026. Even after 8 days, the order hasn't arrived, and the tracking information is non-functional. I attempted to reach the support team multiple times, but there was no response. I also paid extra for expedited delivery, which was not honored. The website offers no option to cancel the order, and I have yet to hear back from support. Based on my experience, I would caution others before ordering medicines from this platform.

Terrible service experience

I had a terrible service experience. I paid extra for express delivery, but the medicines were unnecessarily delayed. Upon arrival, the products were damaged and poorly packaged, which is unacceptable for medical items. Customer service was disappointing, with a staff member being rude and dismissive. Additionally, my call to support was disconnected without explanation. This company shows no accountability and provides poor service. I do not recommend it at all.

Order delayed and not delivered

I ordered medicine for the first time through this site with an order number from 29.11.25. It was supposed to arrive within 2 to 3 days, but the estimated delivery date has passed. The website offers no way to file a complaint or contact the delivery agent. The tracking shows the package is nearby, but I have no idea who to contact. Payment was made in full.
