Their retinue of cleaners and workmen have been excellent in terms of keeping the property well maintained and they are extremely diligent and pro-active in terms of alerting me to any issues. Most important of all, in an age of companies shedding phone contact and using bots, there's always human beings to speak to. Over the years I have developed excellent working relationships with their various teams who go the extra mile to support me as a landlord.
