This service was, without question, the worst financial decision I have ever made. They withdrew over $6,000 from my trust account without delivering anything in return. There were no settlements, no negotiations, no evidence of payments, no improvement to my credit, and no documentation indicating any work was done. After numerous emails and messages, I received vague replies or complete silence. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no results. This company took my money and vanished behind excuses. If you value your finances, your credit, and your peace of mind, avoid this service. This experience was not just disappointing — it was negligent, irresponsible, and profoundly unprofessional.
