- I ordered an item, and it got accidentally delivered to another door (not their fault, it was the stupid courier) and they dispatched another one after explaining my issue, so good customer service
- Dispatching can take kinda long but its fine and reliable
- Dispatch courier - Yodel
- They do refunds and exchange (but read on exchanges)
- I wish they did refunds on printed items (player name on the back) not a big issue tho understandable
- They do refunds on normal plain tops

- Overall rating 8.8/10 Great overall. Just personally not a fan of Yodel or Evri type of companies, remove Yodel and easily a 9

Terrible experience with no response!

I ordered a top on the 21st, and it was marked with the courier on the 23rd. Now it's the 2nd of January, and after contacting the courier, it's still with the seller. This feels like a scam, and I haven't received any replies despite reaching out multiple times. No phone number available. Very disappointing service.
