I'm still waiting for my purchase to arrive after two long weeks wanted to contact the company without any sussec if they will deliver at my address and I'm not satisfied we'll never order again 🙃
I purchased a pair of gloves for my partners who plays golf, these gloves were suppose to aid his game by keeping his hands warm. When they arrived they were totally unsuitable, I requested a refund, silly me, I should have checked company first, they do nothing but gives excess, typical chinese company, absolute rubbish
Like others, products from this company are nothing like advertised, of low quality, nothing like the pictures or description, and take forever to come. They do appear (so far) to respond to email requesting return and refund. They offered me a 20% refund and suggested I donate the shoes to charity. I suspect they have no logistics for the (many) returns they will receive. Don’t order from here.
Do not use this company. The boots they sent me look like something out of a dress up set and are completely misshapen, totally plastic, have no laces and are nothing like the boots advertised. I have paid £34 for something that would not even appear in a charity shop. I have requested a refund but see that many others have done the same. Completely defective goods and miss-selling by the company.
Honesty would be a start. The item ordered was nothing like the picture online, online it looked Chunky warm and well made. So disappointed when it arrived, it wasn’t well made, it wasn’t chunky and well not what was expected, also not true to size. I’ve bought better on other sites for a third of the price. If I could give this site less than 1 I would. Keep away from it items are rubbish
It wasn't clear where I was ordering from. Took ages to arrive (orthopedic walking trainers) and when they did.....the quality is awful. They're not worth £30.... I'd have felt robbed if I'd paid £10. Orthopedic to this company is merely a word. Avoid at all costs.
