Took my shorkie to petco for groom in…

Took my shorkie to petco for groom in june, at the Fairfield ohio location.Groomer Tammy shaved off her eye brows and forehead. Left her with a beard and long ratty ear hair. My dog left there looking like a bald garden gnome. It was hideous. I can honestly say without a doubt. My dog has not 1 time received a good groom from here. We started coming in oct 2020. We did the shot clinic. It was close to my home and convenient to do it all here. But I called to report the incident from june 2022. The lady took my complaint. Said a store manager would be contacting me. Well its now October. Store has not tried to contact me. I even left a message at the store. They clearly could careless my money time and energy was wasted. I cancelled all my future appointments. Have a new private groomer who does is for 45 and she is wonderful at her job.

PETCO GROOMING- PORT ORANGE FLORIDA

PETCO GROOMING- PORT ORANGE FLORIDA: IN THE PAVILLION PLAZA... I took my precious Yorkie in for his appointment yesterday on Sunday 02/26/2022 for a bath/ cut for close to 60.00 bucks which I think is too high for a small breed. However, the young man by the name of "Skylar" cut my puppy hair yesterday on Sunday 02/26/2022. Now in the past, I've never really had a problem with Petco grooming my puppy when the lady by the name of "Aimee" cut his hair the Past but she was unavailable/ off yesterday. So upon picking my baby up when "Skylar" brought him out I can "Immediately" see quite a few areas where his cut around the right and left side of his head/face were defiantly "UNEVEN" So once I brought this to "Skylar" attention he took him back ( with a facial expression as if he did not want to be at work ) and with the help from another young lady who was sweeping the floor she helped "Skylar" with evening my puppy cut up. Again, he brought my baby out to me and that's when I noticed his "EARS" were not cut/ trimmed at all I mean his ears looked the exact same when I brought him in and I do have pictures. So once I brought the ears to "Skylar's" attention I asked him has he ever cut "Yorkie Puppies" before and his response was "Ummm only a few" So once he brought my baby back out from trying to trim his ears ( which they still looked the exact same) he had this facial expression as if I was getting on his nerves. I mean for spending that kind of money, especially on a small breed you can at least act like you care or even try to do a good job. My puppy did not smell like he even had a "BATH" but a quick bad cut only. I do have pictures that I took of my puppy ears and both sides of his face even after "Skylar" taking him back trying to fix it and in the pictures, you can clearly see that his hair is defiantly still uneven without a doubt.I am even considering disputing this bill with my bank because again paying very close to 60.00 bucks for a cut for a puppy you want the job done right.

I take my service dog to be groomed at Petco. They are always very nice and gentle with him. They do a great job.

After the First negatve review

Hi again,after my negative review (that I uploaded on Friday), the Petco - Smeg company decided to deal with my problem, proposing me to shipping back to them the "Board" of the refrigerator in order to exam the faulty item in 25 WORKING DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to add, they told me that they are not sure if the problem comes from the "Board"..... How many days I will be at home without refrigerator????????????????? This is unacceptable....when the refrigerator costs 2000 euros and it has been used only 2 years and 5 days. Only 5 days without warranty.
