I have been diagnosed with cancer 2 in the last 4 years. I had cleaning go a reason at my home on 4/

I have been diagnosed with cancer 2 in the last 4 years. I had cleaning go a reason at my home on 4/11/2022. Three ladies came to my home and did the kitchen, bath and living room. One of the ladies wanted to do my bedroom even though I did not want it done. She continued to stress wanting to get into my bedroom and I didn’t have the strength to argue with her so I said yes. I left the room to let her vacuum. My mom gave me two both gold thick chains one with a compass so I would never lose my way engraved on the back “I love you forever” the other was a thick chains with an oval disc with her fingerprint on the front and “you’ll always be my baby” engraved on the back. Both were 14k gold and the most precious items I’ve ever had. The wee attach to a hook on the outside on my jewelry box on top of my bureau. When I started feeling stronger I went to put one of them gone. With the exception of her NO ONE has been in my bedroom. It still breaks my heart that I let her in my bedroom and home especially because I no longer have my mom. Please don’t let these people in your home.

I have stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer & the Operations Manager & Patient Mgr refuses me services

I have stage 4 Breast cancer metastatic, and has been applying for cleaning for more than 18 months. Shelley Defrost is the patient coordinator and is a total fraud! She has sent “No cleaning in your area and I have used every city code in south Florida lol! I also contacted Lucy Lee (Operations Mgr) also a fraud, this women told me that no cleaning is in my area without knowing my zip code. And not to mention my downstairs Neighbor is getting cleaning right as we were speaking. Disgusting that this company chooses who they want to help preserve a quality of life and living, and that me and my home is just not worthy enough! I spent hours sending her factual info from social workers whom has successfully gotten other patients in my area cleaning! Lucy even asked me to screenshot messages which I did! This company is a scam and it’s very DISGUSTING to use cancer as a way to grow your business when you don’t give a damn about any of us that are actually experiencing the effects of fighting for our lives. Cancer isn’t personal but this company makes me feel like it’s MY FAULT I got cancer twice!

They only help you if your not African…

They only help you if your not African American. My friend being nice sent me an application and I filled everything out got my Dr's letter and all required papers in order. But I was told they couldn't find me a cleaner in my area. I called myself and found various maid services that would and were available in my area, just need them to contact them to set up account. I wrote an email to the director telling them of their close-mindedness. I got a few calls to come clean after a year of trying I just did it myself when I could throughout my treatments. They are racist and it's not a real help to all cancer patients!

They claim they help cancer patients…

They claim they help cancer patients but not all of us. I was contacted to have my home clean by some gentlemen and no one never showed up to clean my home. When I contacted cleaning for a reason to set up another appointment they said that they only can help once but they never helped me at all!!!

This website/company is a Total Fraud

This website/company is a Total Fraud. I am a cancer patient and applied for a free house cleaning service. First of all, I had to "PROVE" I had cancer by supplying a note from my doctor - ridiculous!! I could just send them a picture of my bald head and sitting in my Chemo chair (for 4 months!!) Then a month or so after my submission they say they can't find a service for my needs. Why did it take them so damn long?? I probably 2 more inches of dust collecting while awaiting their response! There are Literally HUNDREDS of maid services in my area. They must have a VERY small clientele of cleaning services. I would love to give them a Zero rating - but I HAVE to pick at least 1 Star to submit my review!! Now I will have to hire my own cleaning service!
