The team called me soon after my same day booking to agree a later time after the job they were already doing. They came when they said, discussed the job carefully with me in arrival and amended the booking as I had chosen the wrong service, clearly showing me the correct pricing. They spent 2.5 hours doing a mould clean of the interior of my quite gross looking Zafira and left it looking spotless. Very happy!

Clean cancelled 4 minutes AFTER booked time. No call, no apology, just an email saying Booking Cancelled. You want to charge me 25% if I cancel within 24hrs, what do you pay me for a late cancel/no show?!?! Outrageous!

No show twice... both times, I placed the order, got txt reminder confirmation 3 days before, then they cancelled order 10 minutes before due. Only found out in their app once they didn't show. After the first time, they apologised and sent a 10% discount. Tried to contact but only telephone number I could find says not available.
