Review Time
I purchased a tracker for my relative who has dementia. The original device worked for approximately one week before it stopped charging. After contacting them, a replacement was sent.
Unfortunately, the replacement has also been unreliable. It worked intermittently and now permanently shows my relative as being at home when they are not, making the device inaccurate and unfit for purpose.
Given that this product is intended for safeguarding a vulnerable person, its failure is extremely concerning. In addition, the lack of telephone support has made resolving these issues difficult.
As a result, I have cancelled the renewal payment.
The customer service I have received on numerous occasions has been great. Emails have been responded to in a timely manner and support has been there whenever I have needed it. The tracker has been great to keep tabs on when mum has wondered. I would definitely recommend the company.
My husband can no longer use the device and I’ll need to change to a camera in order to be able to go out for even short periods. Tech silver waived the notice period and it was comforting to have our situation understood so readily

This product has given us so much peace of mind when our mum would go out. It enables us to see where she is, she can call family immediately if she gets lost and we can call her through the device if she forgets her phone. Also the staff are very approachable and have given us tech support when needed. Thank you.
The gps tracker for my dad was fantastic. It was very reassuring knowing we knew where he was all the time.It helped us find him a few times when he got lost. It’s very simple to set up and use I would recommend this to anyone looking at it .Also the after sales when we had to cancel due to dad going into care was fast and very understanding.
The TechSilver SOS pendant enabled us to have peace of mind that Mum was ok while maintaining her independence after a dementia diagnosis. I can highly recommend it to others.
