Price inconsistency for replacement part

I visited the local dealership to get a quote for replacing the horn switch (clock spring) and was quoted £283. I later found the same genuine part online for just £68, including postage. That’s quite a noticeable price difference.

Fantastic deal on a new car!

I recently bought a new vehicle from the dealership after finding a deal online. Even though I live far away, the price was significantly better than my local dealer. The online sales representative was excellent, answering all my questions promptly and without pressure. The entire process was smooth, and during the handover, everything went efficiently. They even included extras like floor mats and a safety kit, which was a nice touch. Overall, a very pleasant car-buying experience!

Poor service experience...

I called two weeks ago to book my vehicle for a warranty issue. Despite assurances that someone would call back, I never received a response. This is disappointing service, especially after spending a significant amount with them. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Disappointing experience overall

I had a very disappointing experience with my vehicle purchase. The service regarding transfer was unhelpful, and they couldn’t provide transportation as advertised. Delivery took weeks, and when I needed assistance with the app, I was told they don’t handle that. Despite multiple calls, no one followed up with me. I expected better after choosing this dealer for peace of mind.

I’m thrilled with my new vehicle! I’ve bought both new and used cars from this dealership for years and always had a great experience. I don’t mind traveling over 100 miles because my local dealers just don’t compare. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they offer a great selection at competitive prices. Concerns about pricing

I was charged £175 for a short diagnostic and air conditioning service, which seemed excessive. They suggested repairs without properly checking the issue. They also wanted to charge me £130 for a quick fix that should have been a fixed-rate service. Despite booking me in quickly, I’m hesitant to return due to concerns about their pricing.
