I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. They failed to deliver on the scheduled day and didn’t inform me until the next business day, when I was not home to receive the package. After that, I was sent in circles trying to arrange a redelivery, including being directed to an incorrect website. I will be steering clear of any business that utilizes this service in the future and recommend others do the same!
Parcels arrived safely at the right spot - front door, no damage 👌👍👍👍 However, there was no doorbell ring ☹️. This area has a significant issue with parcel theft; it would be appreciated if the button could be pressed. I don't expect the person to wait, but it could help prevent theft.
