I needed help finding a battery for an older scooter, but didn’t have much information. Sara helped me find the model and put me in touch with the company where I could get a battery for an older scooter as it’s been discontinued. She also sent me a copy of the owners manual. Very very helpful!
I have MS and I purchased the Jazzy Carbon Fibre power chair for our trip to Spain with my daughter and son-in law. It was a game changer! I was able to go almost everywhere they went. We visited the Alhambra and I only missed one building (due to the number of stairs). The battery lasted so well, as we did numerous walks on the boardwalk in Torrox. It was comfortable even on the cobblestones in all the cities we visited, and climbed hills with ease. It also survived unscathed from being checked baggage on the way home. (Some European airlines do not provide gate service for strollers and mobility aids.)I’m looking forward to spring when I can use it to get out and about in the neighborhood.
We returned the scooter as it had three issues. One, the front wheels came bent slightly so it would have had to be replaced, anyway. Two, the seat was not comfortable at all. And finally and most important, only having slow and fast speed control did not work as even in slow, the scooter jumped too fast to be safe for us. So we returned it, and after a bit of a problem, we received a full refund. Dennis Deetz
