My experience with clearwater was really pleasant, straight forward and efficient. I didn't have to download an app and spend days filling in forms and uploading documents which must I add is not an effective way to do things if you don't understand technology. They were super communicative which is often not the case with solicitors, followed up on my questions/requests and moved quickly with searches etc. I got an answer everytime I rang up and was not made to sit on hold. Everyone knew what they were talking about and I was never confused throughout the process. It's the little things that make buying a home that little bit easier n less stressful, this company definitely gave that impression. Will be using them again, thanks
Utterly shambolic. The people buying our property almost lost it. The Clearwater solicitor was rude when he bothered to reply, incompetent and unprofessional. Who agrees a completion date then fails to communicate with anyone only to go on holiday without warning. My advice is don’t touch this firm with a barge pole. They give solicitors a bad name.
I have outstanding repairs by L & Q going to 3 years (2022) which i handed over to Clearwater Solicitors for Disrepair issue since. The outstanding repairs includes 2 of the 3 bedrooms Ceilings needs to be repair ( as one of the ceiling have collapsed due to flooded ceiling).demanded that I need to move all the items from the 2 bedrooms before they can start the repair? I requested for a copy of a letter by L & Q to Clearwater Solicitors that stated that the Soiled mattress from flooded room cannot be paid for (but Clearwater Solicitors said they cannot release the letter to me. Clear demanded that I must move the items in 2 rooms before the Repairs can start. Where do I move the items from 2 bedrooms to?
