Despite several emails to the support team and management in the past month, I have received no replies. The platform has essentially abandoned me while retaining my data and work. I advise other professionals to think carefully before using this platform until they resolve their payout issues.

There are significant delays affecting every project. I've reached out to the support team multiple times with no response whatsoever! I plan to delete my account soon; be cautious and stay away, as they don't pay but do collect your data!
The payout process is extremely lengthy—especially if you complain. Without complaints, you might not receive any payout at all. It's been 2 months and still no progress. The amount is there, but there’s absolutely no way to withdraw it.
