I purchased this monitoring solution expecting a professional service, but I ended up with overpriced software that fails to meet its basic promises. When I sought a refund after just one day of use, the company denied my request despite their stated money-back guarantee. The app is frustratingly slow and consumes excessive resources. The target device becomes noticeably sluggish shortly after installation—apps take longer to open, scrolling is choppy, and overall performance significantly declines. For a product that claims to operate discreetly, it is surprisingly disruptive to device functionality. The most concerning issue is the severe battery drain. The monitored device shifts from lasting a full day to needing a charge by mid-afternoon. This undermines the app's supposed "stealth" capability; when a phone's battery life dramatically decreases, it's clear something is running continuously in the background. Any tech-savvy individual will quickly investigate, rendering this monitoring solution ineffective. While the marketing promises extensive monitoring, the actual experience is quite disappointing. Features that are supposed to operate "in real-time" are delayed by hours, and data syncing is unreliable. Key functions either fail to operate or do so inconsistently, making them unreliable when needed most. The app seems to lack any focus on efficiency, being loaded with unnecessary features that don't function correctly while failing at essential tasks. The dashboard is cumbersome, reports are incomplete, and the entire system feels poorly constructed rather than professionally developed. After encountering these problems within the first 24 hours, I promptly requested a refund. Despite the money-back guarantee advertised, the company refused to honor it. A reputable company would process a refund without hesitation when their product clearly does not perform as promised from the start. Instead, they keep your money even when their software is evidently faulty.
This refusal to refund reveals a lot about the company's integrity. They are aware their product is not functioning properly and hope customers will give up rather than fight for a refund. Given the premium price charged, one would expect high-quality software. Instead, you receive a resource-intensive, battery-draining application that is more likely to alert your teen to monitoring than to provide effective oversight. The negative impact on performance makes this app unusable.
Save your money and explore other options. There are better solutions that genuinely fulfill their promises without compromising the target device's performance. More importantly, choose companies that truly support their products with reliable refund policies. The company has yet to process my refund request after one day of use and clear evidence that the product does not work as advertised.

Utter Disappointment!

Utter disappointment! I ordered a pair of earbuds but was charged for two. They sent two sets, neither of which worked. When I contacted the support team, they claimed to have sent the wrong items and promised to refund half of my payment. Naturally, I never received anything. Later, they even asked for a positive review. This is as positive as it gets. If you need translation earbuds, just use a translation app with your own. Don’t waste your money on this. Lesson learned.
