I received quick answers to all my questions - as well as solutions to specific personal problems.Booking and payment were very easy, and the prices on the platform are transparent (including ship taxes).The kindness and involvement of the travel agent Cristian were extraordinary. In addition to the email responses, I was called for more details - I really appreciated this.He also helped me with issuing the boarding pass, booking excursions and recovering the discount from the cruise company.I was so pleased that I booked another cruise this month - also through this agency.Thank you!
