I ordered 15 doors of different sizes. I was kept informed by email, all the way through the dispatch/delivery phase. In fact the delivery had a live, accurate tracker, that told me to the minute, where my driver was.
The driver was fantastic and bought in all 15 doors and stacked them perfectly.
The doors are exceptional. Only a cheaper range cottage type door, but wrapped and with corner protectors on.
It's great to use a company that gets things right and has a great customer focus.

I ordered some internal bifold doors in a 2+2 configuration. The doors received were of good quality, but the fitting instructions were not sufficient. Important dimensions were missing, and the fittings list had errors. Key measurements were not provided, and the fitting procedure was lacking. I reached out to the support team multiple times for clarification, but the representatives could not provide the needed information!

I recently purchased six oak panelled veneer doors that were delivered today. Their pricing was very competitive, and they included a complete set of door hardware free with each door. I was initially concerned about the quality due to the low price, but the doors are excellently crafted and heavy enough to resemble solid wood. The door hardware is also of high quality, with each door equipped with hinges, latches, and attractive brushed aluminum handles. Additionally, the delivery was free, and the courier service was outstanding in terms of service and communication! I highly recommend this service and will share my positive experience with others. Good service is rare these days, but not here.
