I wish i have never been to this clinic i had very bad experience i have done my crowns and implants there after 1 months i had gaps between gum and crown i went back to the clinic they asked me more money to fix it i end up in police station presnting charges against them to the ministry of health at the end i had to change clinic this clinic is problem corabted with ministry of health stayaway from this clinic
Extremely disappointing experience after payment. It feels like an assembly line, with treatments that lack personalization. My dental work is a disaster and I am currently having to redo it elsewhere due to issues like gaps, pain, and unevenness. They quickly inform you that you need a multitude of crowns, which feels more like a money grab than genuine care. The focus seems to be on profit, and it has severely affected my dental health. Additional procedures and unexpected fees are unacceptable! Moreover, privacy is virtually nonexistent; anyone at the clinic can enter during your consultation or treatment. It's simply not worth it! You'd be better off saving up and getting the procedure done in your home country instead of falling into this money trap. Don't even think about reaching out to them once you're back! The likelihood of speaking to anyone knowledgeable is as slim as my chances of achieving something impossible... Avoid this place at all costs!
This package was arranged through Clinic Expert, including Rotta Hotel Istanbul, and it turned into one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend Clinic Expert. You are far better off booking directly with the surgeon yourself – it’s cheaper, more reliable, and far more professional.Rotta Hotel Istanbul is absolutely not worthy of being called a 5-star hotel. The bathrooms were dirty, facilities didn’t work properly, communication was difficult, the area felt unpleasant, and the service was terrible. This is the last place any recovering patient should be sent to.The hospital experience was no better. Cats were roaming inside medical testing areas, cleanliness was questionable, and hardly anyone spoke English, which made everything extremely stressful. My consultant, was great in the beginning, but once the deal was closed, it felt like he stopped caring. From that point on it seemed like it was all about money, not patient care. I was overcharged, the wrong garment size was arranged, I was constantly being passed around with no proper support, and the drivers were late and couldn’t communicate. Even when I complained about the awful food, nobody cared. There was simply no compassion and no effort to help – no mercy for humanity is exactly how it felt.All this unnecessary stress has affected my recovery, caused more swelling, and delayed my healing process. Believe me, you do not need this experience on top of surgery.The only positive part of this entire ordeal was the surgeon and his nurse – they were outstanding, kind, professional, and truly cared. If you really want a good experience, contact the surgeon directly, stay in your own hotel, spend just one night in a proper hospital, book your own flights, and use taxis. It will be cheaper, safer, and so much less stressful.As for Clinic Expert and Rotta Hotel Istanbul – completely disappointing, disorganized, and nowhere near what they claim to be. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
My experience was great because the staff were very professional, friendly, and supportive throughout my treatment. From the first consultation to the final crown placement, everything was well organized and clearly explained.ClinicExpert provides excellent customer service, high-quality dental care, and a comfortable environment. I’ve never had work done here I wanna warn people about this place I heard about it on botched surgery’s google her name ect… it’s on ITV news on the internet they took Kaydell Brown large pieces of her brain , heart and lungs her organs!! How sick can youse be. The surgeon was Dr Singin she has now moved does the same procedures this hospital in Istanbul takes your organs. ITV news when in as an undercover as a potential new client for cosmetic work they reported no deaths when asked if anyone has died when they in fact take your organs and their is many deaths here do not fall for these fake reviews that this clinic rights themselves good luck do your research properly please people❤️To this clinic youse are disgusting you have killed a woman with 2 sons her children have no mum thanks to you. She trusted you with her life and u took her life….
Very poor experience after paying. It's like a processing machine, and treatments are not particularly tailored to your needs. My dental work by Dr. Nelly is a complete mess and I am in the process of redoing in the States(gaps, pain, uneven symmetry, etc).They will take about two minutes to tell you that you need about 28 crowns or so...Don't do it! It’s all about the money and they will ruin your teeth and bite big time! The other procedures and extra charges are a disgrace! Another issue is privacy or lack thereof... Everyone who is anyone at the clinic can walk in while you are consulting or getting treatment....Not worth it! You'd do better saving money and doing the procedure in the States, Canada, or Europe instead of coming to this money mill.Don't even try calling them once you get back! Your chances of speaking to any practitioner is as good as my change of getting pregnant with twin....although I am a full grown male with male organs...Run! Run! Run!
It’s been 2 years since me and my husband had our teeth done and we are both completely grateful for our choice with this clinic. No issues at all, they offered all the help that we needed and been very polite and supportive during and after the procedure :)
I had a very pleasant experience. They even recreated my former teeth exactly as they used to be. The experience was great and they really listened to me. In 2026, I will definitely return to have more crowns placed. It’s not just about the treatment itself, but also the aftercare: you receive follow-up check-ups to make sure everything is in order.Everything was clean, beautiful, and professional, with kind and skilled doctors. This is my second time with this clinic. I had all my teeth done ,a lip lift, brow lift and eyebag removal . And I am now 1 month post operative and I look amazing 😃. My experience with clinic expert was wonderful from when we were picked up from the airport to when we were dropped back off was excellent. Thankyou so much to the great time especially aziz .I would do it again and again with clinic expert. Everything from the hotel to the drs and nurses was professional. Beautiful clean hospital and dental surgery. Dr Zafer is a master at facial surgery a true artist no surgical scares at all .
