I bought a Burberry jacket from them which turned out to be a fake as proven by trading standards, Burberry themselves/brand protection and now I’m seeking a full refund! I have tried on multiple occasions to make contact to which they have ignored! I would certainly advise anyone to avoid!!!!!
Absolute shocking company!Received my order and sent it back due to wrong size.. was offered a credit note instead of refund but it NEVER workedThis was for £200!!!!Contacted them over and over and not once have they tried to help or sort the issue!This was October this happened and still no help!!!
