The service is absolutely disgraceful! I ordered a t-shirt for over £200, returned it due to sizing issues, and they received the return at the beginning of February. Yet, I've had no contact or refund. I've messaged and emailed many times without any response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Avoid this company at all costs! I placed an order, and the item arrived a week late. I ordered a set worth £175, but received the wrong item valued at only £36. I've tried emailing and messaging them through WhatsApp, but they just ignore me.
Ordered a Hugo tracksuit FOR over £200 in December and paid next day/express shipping. Still not received. Emails all ignored. Refund not given even though I’ve asked a couple of times. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE YOURE BETTER OFF SETTING FIRE TO YOUR MONEY AND WATCHING IT DISINTEGRATE. This company are thieves. Please do not buy from them unless you want to be ripped off. Any good reviews about this company are obvs fake because I haven’t found one real person with something good to say about it ** reply**My emails have been going unanswered and so have my WhatsApp msgs I’ve sent you. One star is to much for this company ! Waited for my items since 13th Dec. Wrote one review and they messaged me saying they will sort so stupidly i deleted it! two weeks later still waiting. I will not let this go I want my items or money back …
