Absolutely terrible company to deal with should you have the unfortunate experience of having to make a claim. I was "assigned a claim handler" that didn't speak to me once in 3 months. Constant chasing and phonecalls to FBD to try and get them to move things along. Nearly 3 months since the incident and the repairs still haven't been done. No sense of urgency or initiative from their staff to want to do any work. I would avoid this company if you can.

The lady who dealt with my car was very helpful and polite - did not rush me and was able to answer all my queries. Also very impressed I got through to her very quickly which is a bugbear of mine with most other utility/service companies.
