I subscribed to clothes doctor last November after a bad year with clothes moths and several very nice expensive jumpers beyond repair and in the bin. I recently received my second seasonal subscription from Clothes doctor. I was a little disappointed with the selection as it was similar, though not the same as, the first and did not contain moth traps which I had expected to receive at this time to try and go after the pesky moths before they get going.
I emailed the company and communicated with Jess and Julius. All replies were prompt polite and very helpful and my problem resolved very swiftly. The products are lovely and that combined with quick excellent customer care makes this a company to be highly recommended. Just hoping the combination of products will actually kill my moths- I’ll report back!

I appreciate the eco-friendly approach of the company and decided to set up a bi-monthly subscription. I ordered an everyday laundry package but received an incorrect item. I contacted support, and while they offered to replace it, I was told I had to pay for the return shipping. This response was frustrating, as it was the company's error. I provided proof of the mix-up but received no further response. Disappointing service; a lack of accountability for their mistake.
I'm very pleased with my recent purchase. Dispatch was extremely fast, although there was a delivery issue, and the parcel arrived damaged with missing items. The support team handled it brilliantly, sending a replacement immediately. The sachets smell beautiful, and I hope they effectively repel moths too. Excellent products and service!
