Have been using CloudNord for about 2 years for a Minecraft server with a couple of friends. The server runs smoothly even with tons of mods installed and loaded, and unbelievably I've never had any issues that needs support to fix, so I'd say their server is quite stable and reliable if you need only a medium-capacity server for a few people. Great stuff.
TL;DR: Fast and helpful support, full control over the servers, great pricing and performance. I ONLY recommend CloudNord to my friends, because the team running it is genuenly awesome, and you get a great deal. No other Minecraft hosting service that I've tried comes close in quality.
You get full control over what the server runs, so you can customize the game however you like. Dont want to do so? They also have prebuilt configurations! You can also directly install modpacks, and in general, its very convenient and doesn't get in your way if you are trying to do something advanced.
The support team is incredible, they treat you as an equal and always try to help. Most of the time, they reply to me faster than I reply to them, and I'm pretty sure I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get an answer.
The pricing is great, and the performance is surprisingly high. You can choose exactly what you want for the server, and if you don't like it later down the line, you can ask support and they will assist with changing your hardware. Same if you have ping issues, they will help you move the server.
Please, if you need to host a server, try CloudNord. You will see for yourself why I am so loyal to them.
Genuinely I'm loving the support that CloudNord has provided, even without the benefits that they offer, I'd probably still have left this review. I've ran into very little issues with them, and despite the start early storage, it took them under 24 hours to update it when we were reaching our limit for our server. We've had no issues with the Panel itself, and everything is clean and straightforward.
Only thing I wish is they'd be a little more clear on how much RAM you get per person (We run a FiveM Server called Vaelhaem Roleplay); But so far it's yet to be an issue for our players and there's been little to no lag interference outside of internet connections.
I do feel like I personally crash a little more, but it appears to just be a me thing so maybe I did something wrong with my game files.
