Review Time
What I received has manufacturer defects that are clear and visible. It will not let the enhancement for the kit to work. It is literally bent, you can see this in the pictures and videos I sent to them. The customer service treats you like a child who cannot figure out how to put batteries in their first toy. over a $40 item they have lost a few thousand in sales. I will continue to spread my experience with everyone in hopes that there is some kind of change. They let ego ruin their reputation. OH, CMMG Flagged this for harmful speech. Nothing in here in harmful or defamatory. I have the receipts to prove everything. This is hilarious.
I had a problem with CMMG equipment NOT PURCHASED from CMMG. Kim still stood behind the product and stayed involved until the problem was diagnosed and corrected. (Turned out to be NOT CMMG'S FAULT. It was an aftermarket trigger group.)
Had a couple glitch's between ordering and delivery, I ordered the wrong P/N and my item was shipped to the wrong place. The customer service team replied quickly and made all corrections necessary in a short amount of time. I've never had any issues with the products I have purchased.
