Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't end up proceeding with the property purchase but Adam ensured we didn't feel pressured. He followed up the initial questions we had in a thorough manner without having to be asked a second time which makes a refreshing change from other experiences we've had with other agents. Would certainly use this estate agent again based on this experience.
Another really poor agent taking advantage of the student letting market. They let out a really poor standard flat, were non existent for any complaints and then had the nerve to charge excessively for cleaning at the end of the tenancy when we cleaned everything from top to bottom. Look elsewhere, there must be better.
Coapt were so great in helping me and my friends find a property! They were so lovely and really listened to us and our needs. Any problems that did occur they were organised and so speedy to respond. Will definitely use them again when looking for my next house!
These agents are absolutely terrible and treat their tenants appallingly. My son rented a house through them. The sofas and carpets were flea-infested and there was extensive mould everywhere. Nothing worked properly and the furniture was of the poorest quality imaginable. None of it was fit for purpose and Coapt refused to do anything at all to sort any of it out. Then they had the cheek to try to charge the tenants over £2,000 in "damages" when they left. Avoid at all costs; they are just ruthlessly exploiting young people.
