Review Time
Bought an advent calendar and a button craft kit for my daughter kn 14th September. Estimated delivery was 12-20 days. Still waiting for it over 45 days later. Communication is poor, kept telling me to be patient. Raised a dispute with PayPal and got my money back.They also over changed me.
Fraud!!They carge you extra and promise to send the money back and they do not. Then when you have waited a very LONG time for you package, they say they talked to the carrier and they did not. In the end you will get nothing and have spent a LOT of time on it!
The item cost was $ 27. At checkout, $7 shipping was added, and shipping insurance was also added to the amount, totaling $36.38. However, when I clicked to approve the charge, I received a confirmation for the charge of over 47$! Just like that... no chance to review before clicking, nothing. They just claim it to be a mistake once you take them to the claim process with PayPal.This is not the first shady site that did it. I don't know what they hope for? That people would not check and just let it go? I wasted my morning getting my money back.
