Item marked as in stock never arrived

I ordered an item that was indicated as in stock and received a shipping notification, but the item never came. It was intended as a Christmas gift. I contacted the support team, and they assured me it would be shipped, but that never happened. When I followed up, they informed me they were out of stock and asked for an alternative. This cycle continued. After numerous interactions with the service team over several weeks, I still haven't received the product or a refund—just a series of unfulfilled promises.

I ordered an apron on Nov. 30th as a Christmas gift. Website said items ship in 2-3 days and standar

I ordered an apron on Nov. 30th as a Christmas gift. Website said items ship in 2-3 days and standard shipping is 5-6 days. It's now Dec. 12th and I still don't have the item. When I track the order on their website, it says the status is "Pre-Transit". They provided a tracking number but it doesn't work because UPS has not received the item.
I have emailed their customer service team TWICE now with ZERO response. I'm SO angry! I need the item for our Christmas gathering on 12/17, so now I need to find something else. I wish I could cancel this order!

Quality apron but disappointing embroidery experience.

I purchased an apron that seemed to be of good quality. Before placing my order, I paid an additional $20 for embroidery. However, while designing, I faced difficulties centering the text properly. When it arrived, the embroidery was completely misaligned, looking quite poor. I reached out to the support team, and they mentioned in their FAQ that all embroidery tends to be off to the right. It seems they are unable to center any embroidery correctly. Their response was merely an apology for my dissatisfaction. It’s frustrating because who really reads the FAQ when ordering an apron? I had no doubts, expecting it to be done professionally. The customer service left much to be desired, and the product quality was lacking. I regret not getting the apron first and having it embroidered elsewhere. It was meant to be a gift, but now I feel embarrassed to give it, as it looks subpar. I ended up wasting $140.
